A big congrats to all our Juniors, Seniors and Masters who took part in the National Still Water Championships in Limerick on Valentine's Day. Out of a field of over 250 athletes, Cork was represented by thirty nine competitors and while everyone did not win medals we can honestly say that everyone competed to the best of his or her ability.
The outstanding performances were had by our masters team who were crowned All Ireland Indoor Champions for 2015.

Surf Lifesaving News

Enrollment Day 2014 - Sunday May 25th - Duneen Beach - 11am
For new members and anyone who has not pre-enrolled.  There will be a swim test in the sea, so please bring wetsuits, swim hats, goggles etc.  Children will have to swim 50m and tread water for 1 minute.  Now is the time to start practicing in the sea!!
